I really liked the organization of Suiters. The room was perfectly appointed and I really appreciated the brightness of the room and its four French windows. The view perspective is magnificent.
Suiters is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, close to the beach and everything you need. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained with a great view . Highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay.
I stayed one month at Suiters Alicante and it was perfect. Loved everything about this place. The community, the equipment (fitness, WiFi, kitchen) and furniture. Everything is from high quality 🙂 the location in Alicante is also perfect, in the middle of the city center. I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again ☺️
The rooms are lovely,and all the communal areas are always nice and clean. The opportunity to meet people from all over the world is amazing: like Graziella with her Mindfulness session, or Clarissa and Paula organizing any kind of activity, such as a movie night, Christmas party or a day trip outside Alicante! They've made this winter undeniably fun!!
ABSURD?
I called the number indicated as reception, a woman answered me confirming that there is no reception staff on site; being interested in booking for 4 months, I asked if it was possible to see the suite I had chosen, she replied that it wouldn’t be possible, but would send me a video clip; after asking me some questions she asked me the age and at that point claimed they accepted reservations only from people under 45 / 50 years.
I felt absolutely discriminated. Of course, I understand the reason why the age as a discriminating factor is not mentioned on the website, and I wonder if there are others...

Really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect and the room is very comfortable. I used the common workspace a lot and met some nice people during my time at Suiters.
Incredible, in a very good area of Alicante, close to everything you need. In addition, its roof garden is incredible. I always had very good treatment from the administration and I would stay there again at any opportunity!

Staying at Suiters was an excellent experience! The building is very recent, the suites are large, comfortable and functional and the common spaces are really well organised, both for working remotely and for meeting other people from all over the world. Another strong point is the location, I couldn't have asked for a better way to visit Alicante! You have all public transport within walking distance (tram, bus and taxi stop) to be able to visit the surrounding areas as well, but above all on foot from Suiters you can visit the whole center of Alicante with the best bars, restaurants and clubs in the city within walking distance , and reach Postyguet beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. 100% recommended!

suiters is a great option for a short term rental. It has everything you need and right in the city centre. The only downside is that the little kitchen in the room is not fully equipped, but otherwise it’s great. The building is quiet so you don’t have to worry too much about noise.

Probably the best in terms of what you get for the price, close to the main beach, lots of cafes nearby, right next to the tram station and a bus station. Definitely coming back.
P.S. If you're coming during Hogueras, please be aware that sleeping will be almost impossible until around 4 A.M. But you're not supposed to sleep during Hogueras.

It's a wonder to live here, a new encounter with a different, stable, homogeneous way of living! Sofia, it is hospitality made human!

I stayed at Suiters Alicante for one month and really enjoyed all the services provided. It’s a perfect, central location. Common spaces were very clean and well maintained, allowed to meet like minded people and make some good connections. I fully recommend this beautiful space!
If you are seeking for a new experience of living this is your place! You can meet new people while enjoying a pleasant homy atmosphere in the city center of Alicante (household bills are no longer an issue). They are very efficient, and professional, with a refreshing touch of Spanish friendliness.

It is a great place to live while you get to know Alicante. The administrative staff are really friendly, and have top priority in organizing all kind of events and making your stay as great as possible. A benefit I really liked before enlisting are all amenities included. Just my opinion, I really like the different color/contrast the building design provides. It was a wonderful experience.
