We want to create a community of professionals including entrepreneurs or graduate students who need a temporary (not permanent) place of residence where they can work collaboratively.
Suiters is located in the center of Alicante, so getting to the coliving is very easy. There are many public transportation alternatives that will drop you off just a few meters from the building or, if you prefer, you can walk there.
All our projects will focus on sustainability, that is, on the singular architectural recovery of degraded spaces to contribute to the improvement of neighborhoods and cities.
Thanks to the climate, the light and the cultural, gastronomic and leisure resources that the city offers, Alicante is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and one of the best places to live.

No, the internet, WiFi. Electricity, water and gas are included in the monthly rent.
Yes, weekly cleaning and linen change every 15 days is included.
Yes, our cleaning team is in charge of cleaning the common areas on a daily basis.
A one-month deposit is required once the suite is reserved.

If you wish to end your stay at Suiters earlier than planned, you must give 30 days notice.
We organize a wide variety of events, focused on the enjoyment and interaction of our participants. Every week we update our agenda with sports, gastronomic, cultural, etc. plans. All our guests are invited to participate and can even contribute new ideas or plans!
Suiters has an app that allows colivers, among other things, to communicate through a forum, include additional services in their stay or find out about new events that take place every week.
Smoking is not allowed in any area of the building.

No, the accommodation of children in the building is not allowed.
A maximum of 2 visitors per suite is allowed before 8:30 pm, during our ``quiet hours``.
